Speaking and Writing:

Question 1. Imagine you are the king. Narrate the incident of your meeting with the hermit. Begin like this:

The wise men answered my questions, but I was not satisfied with their answers. One day, I decided to go and meet the hermit…..

Answer. I was not satisfied with the answers of wise men. I visited the hermit nearby my kingdom in the forest. I have heard about the hermit that he was wise enough to answer my three questions. I reached the hermit in the ordinary outfits so that the hermit could not recognize me. The king was sitting in his hut. He asked me about my problems and assured me he would solve my problems. Suddenly a beggar came there who was very hungry and injured with his leg. He asked for help and something to eat. The hermit washed his wound, treated him well, and gave him some of his food. I saw that incident practically with my own eyes and my answers to the questions.

Question 2 Imagine you are the hermit. Write briefly the incident of your meeting the king. Begin like this:

One day, I was digging in my garden. A man in ordinary clothes came to see me. I knew it was the king…….

Answer. I knew that was the king who had come here. He greeted me gently. He said that he had come there to know the answers to those three questions. I didn’t reply to his questions, but I had told him the stories based on the king’s questions. The king understood all the stories deeply and got the answers to his questions. I also explained that we all have the answers to our questions that lie within us. We should understand our questions thoroughly and try to get the answers on our own.
